Nicole O’Brien, 32, of North Shore Drive, Bridgeport, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of above 0.08 percent and two other infractions.

Crystal Handarson, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and several other infractions.
