Colleen Argus, 51, of E. Genesee Street, Fayetteville, was charged with petit larceny.

Jan. 24

Andrew Gleason, 31, of Peek Hill Road, Manlius, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and making a false written statement.

Thomas Beaton, 31, of Syracuse, was charged with third, fifth and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and falsifying business records.

Christopher Lewis, 36, of Onieda, was charged with two counts of: second-degree forgery, fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records and was held on $1500 bail.

Shannon Demarest, 31, of Rome, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Derek Brady, 30, of Minoa Road, Kirkville, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Jan. 29

Justin Nunez, 21, of Liverpool, was charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ignition interlock device.

Alan Dolling, 27, of Devaul Road, Kirkville, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of above .18.

Michael David, 25, of Highbridge Street, Fayetteville, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Carrie Ernst, 29, of Baptist Way, East Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Lisa Stoughtenger, 33, of W. Yates Street, East Syracuse, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jesus Rolon, 34, of Pickwick Road, DeWitt, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, endangering the welfare of a child, first-degree criminal sex act and third-degree patronizing a prostitute.

Robert Tigner, 29, of Sunnyside Park Road, DeWitt, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
