Dewitt Police look for armed robbery suspects

This morning, Chief of Police Eugene J. Conway reported that the Dewitt Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Jan. 20 at 100 LePage Place in the Town of DeWitt.

At 11:25 p.m., the victim was walking home from work, when he was approached by two black males on foot demanding his wallet. Both suspects displayed black revolver type handguns. The suspects fled on foot towards Lamson Street in the City of Syracuse. The victim’s wallet and cell phone were taken; he was not injured.

Both suspects are described as being black males, in their mid twenties, wearing dark baggy clothing.
