Only when Ryan Durkin scored early in the third OT did the thing get settled - and the top-seeded Lakers were out, beaten by the Brothers 4-3 as Skaneateles remains without a sectional title since 2008.

The event took place at the Division I hockey game between host Fayetteville-Manlius and Cicero-North Syracuse. The No. 1 state ranked Northstars eked out a 4-2 win over the Hornets.
